You have to treat it well in order to maintain the brilliance and sparkle so it will still looks as great as diamonds.
First of all, you have to clean it from various substances which may contaminate it while we are wearing it such as lotion, perfume and many other substances. You can use small brush wit soft bristles along with warm water and a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and brush the surface well.
Rinse it well with warm water and pat it dry with a clean and sift cloth. Make sure there is no any detergent substance left and dry it completely to avoid watermarks.
